INTERVIEWS

DANIEL RADCLIFFE (2)

Nickelodeon Magazine, novembre 2002

What was your favorite scene to do in this movie?

I love the scene in the Chamber of Secrets. I think it's really creepy, a really big thriller. I also love the dueling scene. It was fun to do because there are so many characters in it: Gilderoy Lockhart, Professor Snape, all the Weasleys-there are loads of people.

What are you looking forward to seeing in the finished film?

I'm looking forward to seeing how all the special effects turned out. I particularly want to see the flying car, because I reckon that's going to be a very cool sequence. And the spider scene.

What were your favorite animals to work with in the movie?

I just love the owls. They're beautiful creatures. I think Gizmo (the main owl that plays Hedwig in both movies) is getting to recognize me.

After you're done with the third movie next year, will you keep acting?

I don't know. It's definitely one of those things that I'm interested in. I might go into directing, but I won't be able to do that when I'm fourteen. Writing, directing, and acting, they're my three main interests.

How do you unwind at the end of a busy day on the set?

I watch The Simpsons. It's my favorite show. There are two episodes every night, and I just go home and watch them. It's fantastic.
