Comment te sens-tu avec la sortie du Prisonnier d’Azkaban ?

Je suis impatient. Je pars vendredi pour la première à New York. Je n’y suis encore jamais allé, alors que Dan, Rupert et Emma y sont déjà allés pour la première du deuxième film.

Vas-tu à l’avant-première du film au Royaume Uni ?

J’y vais, sûr et certain, ce sera à Leicester Square. C’est incroyable là-bas. Tu sors de la voiture et des milliers de personnes sont là, criant toutes sortes de noms. Tu avances et tu signes des autographes et tu discutes avec tes fans. Tu marches sur le tapis rouge devant les photographes, c’est ça le meilleur.

Quelles scènes où tu joues préfères-tu ?

Nous sommes tous dans le dortoir des garçons au début du film. C’est le premier soir à Poudlard et on voit Harry Potter en train de s’amuser. On s’envoie des bonbons magiques et à tour de rôle on en mange un et on imite un animal différent.

Quelles sont tes scènes préférées ?

Je n’ai pas encore vu le film. Toute l’équipe du film et les acteurs vont le voir à New York pour la première fois, ça devrait être cool.

En quoi ce film est-il différent des deux précédents ?

Il semblait être un peu plus sombre, sur le tournage. Et puis il était plus cool. On avait des tenues différentes à porter avec des tissus flambant neufs et même des bijoux. Nous avions notre mot à dire sur les costumes du film mais sans tomber dans l’extrême quand même.

Comment, selon toi, le public va-t-il réagir face à ce film ?

Je parie que le public va l’adorer. Lorsqu’on a fait le « pick-up » (quand les micros ne captent pas ce que disent les acteurs, ils vont dans un studio et doublent le film) on a vu quelques scènes du film où on jouait et ça promettait d’être pas mal du tout.

Qu’est ce que tu penses des nouveaux acteurs, Gary Oldman entre autres ?

C’était génial de tourner aux côtés de Gary Oldman et de David Thewlis. Je n’ai pas joué avec eux mais je leur ai beaucoup parlé, quand j’en avais la possibilité au cours des repas.

En quoi Alfonso Cuaron est-il différent de Chris Columbus ?

C’est vraiment un gars génial. Dingue mais vraiment cool. Il a ses propres idées sur le film. A un moment on pensait que les gens pouvaient aussi bien aimer que détester le film parce qu’il avait changé quelques trucs, mais maintenant que j’ai vu quelques scènes, je sais que tout le monde va l’adorer.

En quoi le tournage vous-a-t-il tous changés ?

On a tous grandi au sein d’une grande famille. On se parle tout le temps même quand on ne tourne pas et on s’est promis qu’on essaierait de se voir, quand tout sera terminé.

As-tu commencé le tournage de La Coupe de Feu ?

On a démarré les répétitions il y a quelques semaines et on a rencontré quelques-uns des nouveaux acteurs.

As-tu hâte d’y être ?
Oui. C’est encore un autre réalisateur qui est vraiment sympa. C’est encore un autre chic type.

Laquelle de tes scènes as-tu hâte de tourner ?

Le bal de Noël à Poudlard. J’ai hâte de voir toutes les filles en beauté. Je dois danser avec Lavande Brown, mais je ne sais pas encore qui va jouer ce rôle. Je suis impatient de le découvrir !

Newsround Online had a chat with him to get the lowdown on Azkaban.

How do you feel about the Prisoner of Azkaban film coming out?

I can't wait. I'm leaving on Friday for the premiere in New York. I've never been there before, although Dan, Rupert and Emma got to go to the premiere of the second film there.

Are you going to the UK premiere?

I'm definitely going to the UK premiere in Leicester Square. It's amazing there. You get out of the car and thousands of people are there, screaming out lots of names. I get to wander about and sign autographs and chat to fans. And go on the red carpet for the photographers, which is the best.

What's your fave part of the film you're in?

We're all in the boys' dorm room at the beginning of the film. It's the first night at Hogwarts and you get to see Harry Potter having some fun. We're all throwing sweets around and every time we eat one we turn into different animals.

And your fave scene in the film?

I haven't seen it yet. All the cast and crew will get to see it for the first time in New York which should be cool.

How is this film different from the others?

It seemed quite a lot darker when we were filming it. It's kind of laid back too. We also get to wear different clothes, branded stuff and even jewellery too. We had some say in what we wore in the film, but not loads.

What do you think public reaction will be to it?

I reckon the public will love it. When we did pickups (If the microphones don't pick up what the actors were saying, they go to a studio and watch scenes on a big monitor and re-record their lines) we got to see the scenes we were in. They looked great.

What did you think of the new actors - Gary Oldman etc?

It was pretty sweet hanging around with David Thewlis and Gary Oldman. I didn't have any scenes with them, but I talked to them lots when I got the chance at times like breakfast and lunch.

How is director Alfonso Cuaron different to Chris Columbus?

He's a really good guy. Mad, but really cool. He's got his own ideas about how the film should look. For a while we thought people would either love it or hate it because he'd changed stuff, but now I've seen some of it I know everyone is going to love it.

How have you all changed while making the films?

We've all grown into a really big family. We speak to each other all the time when we're not filming and try to make sure we meet up too.

Have you started on Goblet of Fire yet?
We started pre-shoots a couple of weeks ago and we got to meet a few of the new characters.

Are you looking forward to it?

Yeah. It's another new director which is pretty sweet. He's another really good guy.

Which of your scenes are you looking forward to most?

The dance (The Yule Ball) at Hogwarts will be this one, which will be good. I'm looking forward to seeing all the beautiful girls. I get to dance with Lavender Brown, but I don't know who will be playing her yet. It'll be fun finding out though.
